Books in Boxes

I've been thinking about the ritual of unwrapping things, delving into boxes, rummaging. Books in boxes give me a sense of satisfaction somehow; the act of unwrapping, opening, the anticipation, the discovery that boxes with more than one thing inside give.
This is an old archive box I had, it's a nice size (penguin paperback kind of size) and has a well used feel to it. I would like to develop this idea of books in boxes when I have some time...

Me too! And that's why I wrapped up JW's books nicely.. although we haven't had any feedback from her. Maybe she ISN'T someone who enjoys delving and unwrapping.

The dos-a-dos looks great - can't wait to see how it ends up! Sara x

Wow Abigail! You are roaring along! So many experiments. It's so interesting to follow your progress. Thanks for posting all your hard work.

Thank you both, Sara; I really hope we do eventually get some feedback from her, would be a shame if she didn't say something.... Amanda; yeah roaring is a good word for it, but maybe I need to slow down a little bit too and be more careful, sometimes I am so excited about the thing itself that I rush and make mistakes.... I guess we all do that sometimes!
